In general I would encourage everybody to participate on workshops or even better take privat lessons from the following players : Rich DelGrosso , Niles Hokkanen, Steve James , Andra Faye , Jim Richter

You will get good results on improving your skills much faster when you take a privat lesson than learning from a book -> check the websites of the mentioned players to see the next sceduled lessons
